As Snuggle Tots works with trusted fulfillment partners, including CJ Dropshipping, all returns require prior authorization.
If your return request is approved, we will provide:

- Any additional information required to process your return
Please do not send any items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused or delayed.
5. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
