At Snuggle Tots, we are committed to providing a smooth, reliable, and transparent shipping experience. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
After your order has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your package has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information will be sent.
Please note that processing times may be extended during holidays, promotional periods, or due to unusually high order volumes.
2. Shipping Destinations
We proudly offer worldwide shipping to most countries.
If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified during checkout before completing your purchase.
3. Shipping Costs
🎉 We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all eligible orders.
There are no shipping charges for standard delivery to supported destinations.
If additional shipping methods (such as express delivery) become available in the future, any applicable charges will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your destination, customs clearance, carrier operations, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to become active after shipment.
If you have not received your tracking information within 5 business days after receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact our support team.
6. Multiple Shipments
To ensure the fastest possible delivery, orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately depending on product availability or warehouse location.
If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking updates for each shipment where applicable.
7. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other government-imposed charges depending on your country's regulations.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price unless otherwise stated.
8. Delivery Delays
Although we work closely with our shipping partners to deliver orders on time, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

- Public holidays
- High shipping volumes
- Carrier delays
We appreciate your patience and understanding should any unexpected delays occur.
9. Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided during checkout is complete and accurate.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is submitted and the order has already been shipped, Snuggle Tots cannot guarantee successful delivery.
If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before it can be reshipped.
10. Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:
- Checking around your delivery location.
- Asking neighbours or household members.
- Contacting the shipping carrier.
- Contacting our support team for assistance.
While we cannot guarantee reimbursement for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier, we will gladly assist you in investigating the issue and working toward a resolution whenever possible.
11. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the item and packaging
Our support team will review your request and work quickly to provide an appropriate solution.
12. Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, we may no longer be able to make changes or cancel the order.
